Terms & Conditions – “1st Month Free Fulfilment Trial” Campaign

Policy brief & purpose

This policy explains the rules and eligibility criteria for Quiqup’s “1st Month Free Fulfilment Trial” promotional campaign.The purpose of this campaign is to encourage existing last mile delivery clients to experience Quiqup’s fulfilment services risk-free, while ensuring transparent conditions for participation.

Scope

This promotion applies to existing Quiqup Last Mile Delivery (LMD) clients only, who inbound their stock into Quiqup’s fulfilment centers before October 15, 2025.

Policy elements

What is the offer?
1. Eligible existing LMD clients will have their first month of fulfilment services free when they switch to Quiqup Fulfilment.
2. The offer covers all fulfilment costs for one month, including storage, pick & pack, and delivery fees.
3. There is no cap on the number of orders, storage space, or SKUs covered during the trial month.

Eligibility criteria

1. The client must be an existing Quiqup Last Mile Delivery client.
2. The client must inbound stock into Quiqup’s fulfilment centers and activate fulfilment services before October 15, 2025.

Exclusions

1. Clients who attempt to register duplicate accounts, split shipments artificially, or otherwise manipulate order data may be disqualified.
2. This promotion cannot be combined with any other free trial or discount campaign.

Additional information

1. Credit notes or waived invoices for the full month will be processed after verification by Quiqup’s finance team.
2. Quiqup reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time if necessary (e.g., due to misuse, operational reasons, or changes in business policy).
