Terms & Conditions – “1st Month Free Deliveries” Campaign

Policy brief & purpose

This policy explains the rules and eligibility criteria for Quiqup’s “1st Month Free Deliveries” promotional campaign. The purpose of this campaign is to encourage new clients to experience Quiqup’s domestic delivery services risk-free while ensuring transparent conditions for participation.

Scope

This promotion applies to new clients only, who place their first delivery order with Quiqup before October 15, 2025.

Policy elements

What is the offer?
1. Eligible new clients will have their first month of deliveries free if they meet the campaign conditions.
2. Deliveries are free for up to 500 orders, provided that the client completes at least 150 successfully delivered qualifying orders within the first month.
3. Any orders beyond 500 in the first month will be charged at the client’s standard contracted rates.

What counts as a qualifying order?

1. Domestic deliveries only (within the UAE).
2. Non-Cash on Delivery (Non-COD) orders.
3. Orders weighing 5kg or less.Orders must be successfully delivered within the first month of the client’s start date.
4. Only delivered orders are counted toward the 150-order minimum and the 500-order maximum.

Exclusions

1. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not qualify.
2. Cross-border or international shipments are excluded.
3. Orders above 5kg per shipment are excluded.
4. Existing Quiqup clients are not eligible.
5. Clients who attempt to split shipments, register fake or duplicate accounts, or otherwise manipulate order counts may be disqualified.

Eligibility criteria

1. The client must be new to Quiqup (no prior signed contracts or completed orders).
2. The first order must be created and accepted in Quiqup’s system before October 15, 2025 and successfully delivered before October 15, 2025.
3. A minimum of 150 successfully delivered qualifying orders must be completed within the first 30 days.

Additional information

1. If the conditions are not met (fewer than 150 successfully delivered qualifying orders), the client will be charged the standard delivery rates for all orders placed.
2. Credit notes or waived invoices (for up to 500 orders) will be issued after the first month ends and after verification by Quiqup’s finance team.
3. This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount or trial offer.
4. Quiqup reserves the right to amend or cancel the campaign at any time if necessary (e.g., due to misuse, operational reasons, or changes in business policy).
