Terms & Conditions – “Business Referral Program 2025”

Policy brief & purpose

This policy sets out the rules and eligibility criteria for Quiqup’s Referral Program. The program encourages clients and partners to refer new businesses to Quiqup by rewarding them with a percentage of revenue generated by the referred client.

Scope

This referral program applies to all individuals and companies who refer a new client to Quiqup before October 15, 2025. To qualify, the referred client must complete onboarding and place their first order (for Last Mile Delivery) or inbound their stock (for Fulfilment) before October 15, 2025.
The referral program will close on October 15, 2025. However, Finance obligations (payouts) will continue for 12 months after a qualifying client’s first order. This ensures that eligible referrers may still receive rewards for up to a year, even if the referred client’s first order is just before the program ends.

What is the offer?
2. Referrers receive 4% of one year’s revenue from each new client they refer.
3. The referred client must place their first order before October 15, 2025 to qualify or inbound their stock for fulfilment.
4. Rewards can be redeemed in credit note for Quiqup services only.

Who can be referred?

1. Companies with a valid trade licence in the UAE.
2. Businesses aligned with Quiqup’s delivery offering (no perishable goods such as fresh food, chocolate, alcohol, bulky items over 20kg, or prohibited/restricted items).
3. The referred company must be new to Quiqup (no prior signed contract or completed orders).
4. For Fulfilment clients: stock must be successfully inbounded into Quiqup’s fulfilment centres by October 15, 2025.
5. For LMD clients: the first order must be placed and delivered by October 15, 2025.

Additional information

1. Rewards will be calculated based on verified revenue net of VAT over the first 12 months from the client's first order.
2. Credit notes will be processed quarterly by Quiqup's finance team.
3. Credit notes may only be applied to outstanding or future invoices of active clients. Finance will maintain a tracker for all credit note usage to ensure proper monitoring and to support client retention among those who referred new business.
4. Quiqup reserves the right to disqualify referrals if manipulation, fake accounts, or duplicate registrations are detected.
5. This program cannot be combined with other referral or discount initiatives.
6. Quiqup may amend, suspend, or cancel the program at any time due to misuse, operational reasons, or changes in policy.
