Introductory Note
You use Quiqup’s platform to book a shipment. You’ll receive one invoice from us covering everything. You have multiple carrier options (for example: DHL, Naqel Express, Aramex), and this particular rate schedule applies when you select Aramex.
1. Quiqup acts as your booking, platform-service and billing partner. You may choose from multiple carrier options made available via our platform (for example: DHL, Naqel Express, Aramex).
2. The terms and rates set out in this schedule apply only when you select Aramex as your carrier.
3. If you select Aramex, carriage will be governed by Aramex’s Conditions of Carriage applicable in the UAE.

Other Terms and Conditions

Scope of Service	Details
Maximum weight & dimensions	Any single piece ≤ 30 kg and ≤ 110×85×85 cm.
Volumetric weight	Charges apply to the greater of volume or gross weight: L × W × H / 5000.
Attempts	Three attempts: one physical attendance + two follow-ups via electronic means. If a shipment remains with the carrier > 21 days, the carrier may return it to the customer at the customer’s cost. Applies when: (a) shipment remains uncollected by consignee; or (b) customer fails to provide instructions after all delivery attempts.
Undeliverable shipments	Billed per the rates indicated in this proposal.
Liability	Loss or damage during courier transit capped at AED 350 per order. Claims must be submitted to support.dubai@quiqup.com within 7 business days of delivery. Not liable for loss/damage resulting from faulty or inadequate packaging. Quiqup does not itself perform transport of goods, issue airway bills (except on behalf of the carrier) or assume the carrier’s delivery obligations.
