Invoicing and COD reconciliation
Invoicing and COD reconciliation will take place every 2 weeks. Payment is due within 1 calendar day of invoice . COD payments are released after your written confirmation has been received. COD payments are made once a week.

Fuel Surcharge

1. Purpose:
A fuel surcharge may be applied to delivery charges to reflect material movements in fuel prices. The surcharge is calculated against a February 2026 baseline petrol price of AED 2.33 per litre (the "Baseline Price").

2. Reference price:
The applicable fuel price for any given month shall be the prevailing UAE retail Special 95 petrol price published for that month. The percentage increase is calculated as the difference between the applicable fuel price and the Baseline Price, expressed as a percentage of the Baseline Price.

3. Surcharge tiers:
The surcharge is applied to the net delivery charges as follows:

4. Application:
The surcharge applicable to each tier is fixed for the duration that the fuel price remains within that tier. The surcharge to be applied will be reviewed monthly and adjusted in line with the prevailing fuel price. Where the fuel price increase is 20% or less above the Baseline Price, the surcharge is waived.

5. Fuel price increases above 100%:
In the unlikely event that the fuel price rises more than 100% above the Baseline Price (i.e. above AED 4.66 per litre), the surcharge for that band falls outside the tiers set out above. In such circumstances, Quiqup will communicate with the Client and provide reasonable advance notice of any necessary additional surcharge.

6. Notification:
The fuel surcharge will be in effect from August 1st 2026, and has no end date.
