1 Includes both successful deliveries and failed deliveries returned to origin. Quiqup reserves the right to adjust its fees in case of consistent over-representation of certain Emirates vs. standard population mix.
2 Return procedure includes collection, basic inspection and barcode verification, restocking for non-damaged items in sealed original packaging.
3 CBM use will be calculated as an average of the beginning of month, 15th of month and end of month.
4 If the invoice value falls below this threshold, a surcharge will apply to bring the invoice up to the minimum amount.

9 Large stock replenishments should be booked to the operations team and will be collected by van with 24hr notice. For any small stock quantity fitting in standard parcel size (up to 10 parcels), you can book a standard delivery through Quiqdash.

11 Packing time will be assessed when packing instructions are shared during onboarding. Quiqup reserves the right to adjust packing fees. Packing time will be reassessed on a quarterly basis.
Invoicing & Payment Terms
The registered card on your account will be automatically charged. If payment fails, we will retry daily for 30 days. After the second failed attempt, service will be suspended until payment is received.
Once we receive your written confirmation on the cash collected, we will:
- Perform a net-off between your invoice and the COD amount collected
- Settle any balance if the COD collected exceeds the invoice value

Other Terms & Conditions
Quarterly Price Review
A ramp-up period of three (3) months from the Effective Date ("Ramp-Up Period") shall be provided to the Customer to reach the Expected Volume. During the Ramp-Up Period, pricing shall remain fixed as per the initial rate.
At the end of each calendar quarter, the actual volume of services used by the Customer will be reviewed:
- If actual volumes are equal to or greater than the Expected Volume, the current pricing will remain in effect.
- If actual volumes are below the Expected Volume (after the Ramp-Up Period), Quiqup reserves the right to adjust the pricing upward to reflect the lower volume.
Liability
Please refer to the Terms & Conditions - Paragraph 15 for all provisions related to liability undertaken by Quiqup under this service.
The liability value is limited to the minimum of the liability cap of AED 100 per item or the CIF (cost of goods at source, freight, customs) value of the goods.
Exclusion of Dangerous Goods
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Quiqup strictly prohibits the storage, handling, or transportation of Dangerous Goods (DG), as defined by applicable international, national, and local laws and regulations.
Dangerous Goods include, but are not limited to:
- Class 1 - Explosives
- Class 2 - Gases
- Class 3 - Flammable liquids
- Class 4 - Flammable solids
- Class 5 - Oxidising substances and organic peroxides
- Class 6 - Toxic and infectious substances
- Class 7 - Radioactive materials
- Class 8 - Corrosives
In the event where Customer's products are classified as Dangerous Goods (DG), please inform Quiqup's Sales Representative before signing this Service & Fee Schedule.
